Our team assists with community outings, appointments, social activities and building or maintaining friendships. We offer transport in our wheelchair-accessible van to make community access easier for everyone.
We can assist you at home with personal care, daily routines, cooking, cleaning and getting to medical or health appointments. We aim to make your day easier while offering respectful support and friendly company.
We provide short term accommodation for people with disability, offering participants and their families a break when they need it. Our stays are located across Tasmania in locations chosen by the participant, and we focus on creating a safe, comfortable and supportive environment.
Cradle to Coast Support started with a straightforward belief. People deserve support that is respectful, consistent and shaped around their own life. With over 15 years combined experience, our team has worked across many areas of disability support, including complex behavioural needs, hi-intensity support and school-aged participants.
We’ve seen how the right support can change a person’s day and sometimes their whole path. That’s why we focus on real connection, clear communication and support that fits the person, not the other way around.
We currently support self-managed and plan managed participants and have space to welcome new people.
If you are looking for reliable, respectful and down-to-earth support, we would be happy to talk.
Managing Director
I spent 15 years working across the transportation and mining industries in Western Australia and the Northern Territory, taking on a range of operational and leadership roles. The work taught me discipline, safety awareness, problem solving and the importance of strong team culture.
After starting a family, I returned home to Tasmania and moved into the disability sector. Since 2017, I’ve worked as a support worker on the North West Coast, and during that time I’ve developed a genuine passion for supporting people to live the life they choose.
As Managing Director at Cradle to Coast Support, I draw on both my frontline experience and my operational background. My strengths include practical decision making, creating clear systems, supporting staff to do their best work and ensuring our service meets high safety and quality standards. I value honesty, consistency and treating people with respect.
I’m committed to building a service that feels reliable and down to earth. I look forward to meeting more participants, supporting our team and helping people reach their goals in a way that feels right for them.
Executive Director
I have worked in the disability sector since 2016, supporting a wide range of participants including school-aged children, ageing adults, people involved with Child Protection and individuals with forensic disability needs. My experience across these areas has shaped the way I lead, listen and advocate.
I am of Aboriginal descent and I wear my ancestry proudly. My culture guides the way I approach my work, especially my focus on respect, fairness and making sure every person feels heard.
I hold a Certificate III and IV in Disability, and I continue to invest in training because learning helps me stay grounded, informed and able to support both participants and staff with confidence.
As Executive Director, my strengths include clear decision-making, practical problem solving and building strong relationships with participants, families, staff and the wider community. I value honesty, accountability and communication, and I’m committed to creating a service where people feel safe, respected and supported to grow.
For me, it comes back to connection. Connecting voices so that everyone’s voice is heard equally, and ensuring people have real choice and control in their lives.
Administration Manager
Before joining the disability sector, I spent 24 years working in finance, including 12 years as a bank manager. That experience built my skills in leadership, risk management, communication and running complex operations, all of which I now bring to my role as Administration Manager at Cradle to Coast Support.
I moved into disability services in 2023 and quickly found that my strengths in structure, compliance and problem solving fit naturally with the needs of the sector. I oversee our operational systems, onboarding, rostering, audits, risk management and overall organisational compliance.
What matters most to me is making sure our service is safe, consistent and genuinely person centred. I value honesty, clear processes and doing things properly, and I take pride in supporting both our team and the participants we work alongside.
If you feel you have what it takes to enrich the lives of others around you, we want to learn more about you.
